If you wish to stand, nomination papers can be obtained by contacting elections@monmouthshire.gov.uk or here and Online Nomination Guiduance

You can deliver your nomination papers by hand, or as scanned copies by email to elections@monmouthshire.gov.uk as well as through the My Monmouthshire portal.
