Usk - The Town of Flowers

Usk is passionate about flowers and we are very proud of the title we have earned of 'Town of Flowers'.

Visitors to Usk (which have included The Duchess of Cornwall) can see why this title is so richly deserved. The town is ablaze with colour each summer with fantastic floral displays, in both public areas and private residences throughout the town.

Usk In Bloom

The 'Usk in Bloom' committee was formed in 1981 by a group of enthusiastic volunteers. Since then the town has won many awards.

Supported by a small band of very hard working volunteers, Usk Town Council, fund raising events and private donations, the continued work of Usk in Bloom (now a registered charity), ensures many visitors are attracted to Usk and its wonderful display of flowers each summer.
