Volunteers needed for Usk Christmas Festival

Published: 15 Oct 18

Volunteers This year’s Christmas festival is attracting lots of interest and looks set to be a great event. We appreciate, however, that with increased footfall comes an increased need for vigilance, safety, comfort and security for those visiting and trading as well as for those who live, work and have businesses here. Huge efforts go on behind the scenes to achieve what is best for everyone. One of these tasks is in respect of volunteers. We need an army of folk to join us and help across a wide range of areas and jobs – whether that’s for an hour or too, for a full day or for the duration of the Festival. If you can help us – and/or know someone who can – enter your detail in the form here and return it to us via janet.richards@usktown.org, drop it into the Sessions House for my attention, or telephone Diane on 01291 673582. Once we have collated our Volunteer’s Register and allocated the various roles and responsibilities, we’ll get back to you with further information. Thank you for offering your help. It is very much appreciated. Cllr Jan Richards Read More...
